Family Enterprise Alliance, LLC

"Once you know, you can't not know!"

Jeff Rothstein

Family Enterprise Behavioral Advisor and Educator

Gaining insight into the universe of possibilities for family enterprise continuity is essential for families seeking successful outcomes.  Many don't know where to begin, what questions to ask, how to find help, how to set goals, and what to request from advisors.  Family Enterprise Continuity Alliance and Kischma Consulting are among many colleagues and professional firms that dedicate themselves and their time to ensuring families have access to objective and solicitation-free learning environments.   Continuity occurs when we combine entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity, and stewardship values.  Our goal is to inspire confident vulnerability in our families, their individual members, and those who are helping them take their journeys.  We believe great outcomes result from a willingness to learn, experimentation, and inclusion all of those affected by, and who affect, continuity.
